My stay at the hotel was nice and had everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable, offering enough space for 3 adults. However, the pricing for the room was a bit misleading, which may not align with the actual value provided.
The Radisson Blu hotel on the main bypass road to Katra is a comfortable and clean option with good and spacious rooms. However, there were some delays in providing amenities like an iron box, and additional charges were unexpected. The service was lacking in effective communication and added extra charges without clarity. The location, though convenient on the main bypass road to Katra, may not meet everyone's expectations. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with extra charges and a lack of taste. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
I was facing a power house facility of Jammu city till 3, but only after the allotment of rooms between other guests and Barati guests. The hotel staff are very cooperative and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the location could be better. The services offered, especially at the buffet counters by some local cooks, were quite decent.
